Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to ZY Limousine Services. By booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

2. Booking and Reservations

1. Reservation Confirmation: Reservations must be confirmed with a valid credit card. Bookings are subject to availability.
2. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless other arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards, debit cards.
3. Cancellations and Refunds:
   • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will receive a full refund.
   • Cancellations made within 24-48 hours will incur a 50% charge.
   • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will not be refunded.
   

3. Service Terms

1. Service Areas: Our services are available in United States.
2. Passenger Responsibilities: Passengers must behave in a manner that is safe and respectful to the driver and the vehicle. Any damage caused by the passenger will be charged to the credit card on file.
3. Conduct and Behavior: Passenger are expected to behave in a respectful and courteous manner toward our chauffeur’s and other passengers. We reserve the right to refuse services to any passenger who engage in disruptive, disrespectful, or unlawful behavior.
4. Prohibited Items and Activities: No smoking, illegal substances, or open alcohol containers are allowed in the vehicle. Any violation will result in immediate termination of service without a refund.
5. Waiting Time: A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed for pick-ups. After this period, additional waiting time will be charged at a rate of $80 per hour.
6. No-Show Policy: Failure to appear at the designated pick-up location will result in a full charge of the service booked.
7. Damage to Vehicle: any damage whether its physical or cosmetic is subject to professional assessments and will be charge from the credit card on file.
   

4. Liabilities

1. Limitation of Liability: ZY Limousine is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Our liability is limited to the amount of the fare paid.
2.  Personal Belongings: ZY Limousine is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings left in the vehicle.
3. Liability and indemnity: while we take every precaution to ensure the safety and security of our passengers, we shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay arising from factors beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather, or road closures.
4.  Passengers agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZY Limousine and its affiliates, office, director, and employee from any claim, liabilities, damages, expenses, or losses arising from their use of our service.
   

5. Driver Conduct

1. Professional Conduct: All our drivers are required to conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
2. Safety and Licensing: All drivers are fully licensed and insured in accordance with local regulations.
   

6. Privacy Policy

1. Data Protection: We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during the booking process will only be used to provide our services and will not be shared with third parties.
   

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

ZY Limousine reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or through our website.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of ILLINOIS USA. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of ILLINOIS USA.
